Medication Refills

Due to an increased volume in Medication Refills Requests, our policies have recently changed.

Effective November 1, 2023, we will only accept refill requests from your pharmacy due to the increased numbers prescriptions we are processing.

If you are in need of a refill for your medication, please call your pharmacy and have them fax over a refill request. They may fax their request to 208.323.9604. 

Please allow at minimum 48 hours and up to 96 hours to process these requests.  

We make every attempt to address refill requests as quickly as possible.

Due to the number of requests, we receive on a daily basis we will be unable to return any calls that do not follow the policy. This is to facilitate a more efficient and streamlined process to make your prescriptions available to you in a timely manner.
