Chris Helfer, M.D.
Dr. Helfer completed his residency in 2012 at the University of Utah. He is a board-certified psychiatrist in adult psychiatry and is fluent in Spanish. In his free time, he enjoys sports, music (burgeoning oboist), and reading.

Evangelina is a psychiatric mental health provider who takes a holistic and collaborative approach to care. She enjoys supporting individuals as they work toward greater balance, growth, and overall well-being. With over eight years of experience in healthcare, Evangelina values building genuine connections and creating a space where patients feel heard, understood, and supported when discussing their mental health. She works with patients to explore treatment approaches that feel practical, personalized, and meaningful for each individual, helping them develop tools that support lasting mental and emotional wellness. Outside of work, Evangelina enjoys staying active, spending time with family, and getting outdoors. At home, she enjoys spending time with her two huskies, Melo and Nina.
